The best thing about this hotel is the Staff. The guys in the lobby are young but very professional and always with a good attitude, willing to help and solve the problems. The hotel is well communicated and the cleaning is good.

There are two terrible things about this hotel. The cards used to open the rooms continuously get inoperative. This means that you arrive to your room and have to take the lift back to the lobby to change the cards. This can happen twice every single day and it is just annoying. The other thing is spamming. Once the hotel receives your email address through booking.com they will bomb you with several emails with "offers". Nothing similar had happened to me with a hotel booked on booking.com before. I complained to the hotel, but it seems it is the central company the one that produces the spam. A real pity that they ruin the work made by the staff in the hotel with such a spamming.

The location

The card to open the door, it was hard for the staff to set it up, had to walk 3 times downstairs to get it set. But overall ok

The staff is simply amazing at their job. The receptionists helped us around with information regarding tourist attractions. The hotel is close to the bus terminal and bus and "tube" (BRT) stops, which allowed us to go through the city and back without a hassle.
