I liked the helpful , friendly staff . Breakfast was well presented with a wide range of foods to choose from. The presentation of the breakfast bar was very appealing.One of the staff named Elias explained all the options informed us of the attractions and was a wealth of information.

Maybe we could have had a kettle , cups and a supply of tea, coffee, hot chocolate in our room as we have had in other hotels we've stayed in. Room service was available but we ate out .

We had an issue on our arrival date and could not make it until the next morning - the staff saved our reservation and were super helpful.

no complaints. only issue was we had a room with a king bed - but it was not a king bed - it was two twins put together - you could feel the hard edge/line in the middle of the bed while we slept - we only were there long enough to nap and we were exhausted after our trip, so we slept anyway but it wasnt very comfortable.

Staff was really polite, we were traveling with my baby daughter and they offered to put a crib on the room, this was extremely helpful.

I had only one issue related to the breakfast. There was a multi grain bread that was really old, or the recipe was horrible. The bread was as hard as a rock!

Worth the price, nothing too fantastic. Descend bed, clean room, friendly staff. It's 5 min walk from some restaurants in the neighborhood.

It could have a bit better breakfast, the options are rather limited, you pretty much have eggs or sausage. They could have a better tv channel selection too.

The Hotel was very nice, clean and comfy! Breakfast was delicious and the room was very comfortable.

I didn’t like dinner and lunch service. The restaurant had only a few options and they weren’t good.
