Excellent location, hotel is meters from the beach. Room had a fantastic view overlooking the sea and mountains. Good food for breakfast, very happy with the selection. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is right in front of the beach, so being in the 3rd floor with a large window we were able to enjoy the beautiful views. There is a nice leisure area with chairs, sofas and kids pool.
There was a sewage smell in parts of the building, and despite staying in a deluxe apartment it didn't feel deluxe - appliances and TV were old, and the main bedroom door wouldn't close. It's a nice place, and due to the views I don't regret, but I believe you can find better value around Florianópolis. Also really didn't like having to wear a wristband when walking around the facilities.
