I don’t like a bed it was broken and the bathroom was broken and liking 💦 the whole time we were there, I asked many times to fixed it, but never had fixed!

The good: - Staff is professional and helpful. Check-in was straightforward and all my requests were promptly fulfilled. - The bed was somewhat new. A little to the firm side, but spacious and clean. No spring or frame noises. - The shower is excellent, showerhead is clean, water flow is strong and hot. - The room was clean and had no unpleasant smells. There are enough power outlets around the room. - Breakfast is good, a lot of options of breads, cakes, fruits and beverages. - I needed a silent place to focus on a work project and have not been bothered by any noise while I was working. - There was a decent sized desk and a comfortable padded chair in the room.

The bad: - The hotel and the rooms are in dire need of a renovation. Everything is really old and does not work very well. Doors are crooked and delaminating, the furniture is stained and has cigarrete burns, probably back from from the time when it was OK to smoke indoors (this was a long time ago in Brazil). There are tiles and pieces of floor molding missing on the corridor floors. The walls are patched and dingy.The door frame on each apartment is scuffed up and stained on the lock region, which gives a bad impression. - There was not any sugar-free cold beverages besides water on breakfast, only industrialized juices and yoghurt. - The bathroom in my apartment had a lot of issues. The seat cover hinge was broken, the window didn't have a handle and would not close, the faucet spilled water all over the counter top and would wet the floor if left running for more than a moment. The mirror and the ceiling both have moisture damage. - The minibar works, but it's all rusted up on the outside and it's really noisy when it kicks in during the night. - The blackout curtains were not long enough to cover the window and had holes and torns, so it was impossible to make the room totally dark for sleeping. - The blankets and conforters smelled clean, but looked really old and beaten up. - There was ants in the room.

There was a pretty bad smell outside the hote due to a sewer canal close by. No smell inside but it was not a good impression coming out of the car.

Room windows and door make noise when it is windy, which was the case during my stay.

Very comfy beds. Very good breakfast.options.

Parking smells like sewage. Paperwork a bit slow considering all info was pre-booked. Old, noisy A/C.

Tri Hotel is close to the beach, just a few meters aways. Great options for food nearby.

First room we get there was just a mess. They changed us to a new room, but it was dirty too.

everything. I feel disappointed with the real appearance of the place. Completely different from the photos. Very old and faded sheets, very old furniture too and some parts of the room were moldy.
