Conveniently close to the beach. Breakfast buffet was nice. Pleasant staff.

Although it was sufficiently cold we could not control the air conditioning temperature, it was either on or off. It would have been nice to adjust the temperature to be not as cold overnight, the room was cold enough at night that we had to ask for extra blankets, which were provided for us.

Checking in I was greeted by smiling Mariana who checked me in quickly, explained everything even telling me where the supermarket was if I needed it. In the evening I asked her about restaurants and she recommended two and gave directions. Well done Mariana. I had a sea view room so had a good view of the ocean.

There were homeless young people staying in derelict building next door. I have no problem them staying there but they would be outside early hours of morning shouting and one night playing music very loud between midnight and 6.30am and therefore could not sleep. I think the police should be called to stop them making so much noise. I was also shocked when a male reception staff phoned me and asked if I would share as he stated I was alone. I informed him I would not share. Who would share a bed with a stranger?

Great location right in front of the beach, close to the beach market and central market and the Dragão do Mar cultural center. The room looked out at the ocean. Great breakfast!

Very small elevators and limited parking, though we were lucky to get a spot. There is a monstrosity of a delapidated building next door that I can't believe the government hasn't done anything about up until now with people loitering and living in it.

Staffs and Location was very good.

Supermarket and Italian coffee/snacks shop across the street with good cappuchino and cakes. Hotel room is clean, small (by American standards) but comfortable with a great view of the beach and ocean (pay a little extra for that), quick hot water in the bathroom, and a hot and cold breakfast. A/C works well. Will be staying there from now on when we visit the beach front. Free wifi.

Bedside table on both sides of the bed would be nice. Pool too small - maybe 5x3 meters. Can't adjust direction of a/c. It hits the left dide of the bed.

the hotel is cheap. bed is extremely uncomfortable. They have a ridiculous policy of offering ONLY ONE super thin blanket per guest which size is single, even when you are in a double bed. And you have to sign a paper attesting you got one!!! I felt in a prison, not in a hotel! The AC is central, so one cannot really manage the room temperature.
