Great breakfast. Very good location.

The night host, when we arrived, was very polited, but seemed not familiar with the hotel booking system. Took around 15 minutes to find my second room reservation, while the first room was already with my parents in it.

Breakfast area was a bit too crowded Not easy for 🏞️ ng. They wanna keep your keys etc. Shower's water were not as hot as should be. Room to improve.

The location is quite good, you are a few blocks away from the city center. Lots of restaurantes and stores to visit, good area to be located.

The overall experience was really bad. Unprepared staff during the check-in process, gave us a wrong room with wrong beds. There's no indication of where to park the car, staff says you can park "anywhere". Rooms are dated and dirty. Even the water bottles on the room were dirty, stained glass on the window and bathroom. Breakfast is also poor. The place is very noise and it's not soundproof, you can listen to everything that is happening on all rooms from the same floor and above. Impossible to sleep, you can even hear the room above watching TV until 3AM. Not worth the price and not recommended.

serious, I had no time to analyze much more than the accommodations and the noise from other rooms

despite they put some efforts to show they have a clean and comfortable place, unfortunately it isn’t totally true! their accommodations aren’t clean and aren’t comfortable and the staff, despite they interest on help, had showed theirselves unprepared to some hotels reception. the property is old and not revitalized as they try to show it in Booking pages.
