The hotel is located at one of the main streets of Canela, about a 10 minutes walk from the center. We had a large room on the back side of the hotel with a nice view. Rooms on the back side of the hotel are very quiet. Large bathroom with a strong shower and good quality towels Very comfortable bed with good quality white bedclothes. It was very clean throughout the hotel. Good aircon. Good lighting. Beautiful furniture everywhere in the hotel. Good breakfast served in a nice breakfast room. Friendly and helpful staff. Strong WiFi everywhere in the hotel.

At check out the price to pay was higher than the price I had to pay according to my Booking reservation. When I asked, it turned out that the price had been increased by an optional service charge of 10 percent without informing me before or asking me whether I was prepared to pay this service charge. I did not pay the service charge. No natural fruit juices at breakfast.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful. Very friendly. Kitchen staff, Maria helped find the gluten-free food. She went so far as to make fresh pancakes for us. Breakfast layout was incredible.

The service was incredible! We were treated like royalty from the minute our car arrived. The breakfast was exceptional and the price was unbelievable!

We had very inconvenient sistuations at the hotel .This morning the wake call did work .They call us 20 minutes later then the requested time .So we arrived late for breakfast.Second we arrived at hotel 1130pm after full day sightseeing,and our room was with dirty & wet towels,bed never made ,the rooms was never done .We requested immediately something to be done .Thanks God we had a employee from reception Josemar that cleaned our room,changed clean & fresh towels & sheet .we couldn’t believe the lousy room service .Very unprofessional.Never recommended this hotel .
