We already stayed at the hotel some years back, and returned based on the great experience. We've seen some improvements in the children areas, with some new outdoor games and a pool. All the rest of the site and services maintain the same high standard.

The coffee that was served at the breakfast was clear that wasn't filtered coffee, that is a mistake in Brazil, famous for its great coffee. Another area of improvement is the pads and coushions at the main pool are becoming weared out.

Hotel is super nice located on the beach, with a silent garden, nice views and great facilities. Breakfast was served on the terrace with a great view.

The quality of the buffet could be better. They served many local dishes, but we found it not so great. We tried all 4 restaurants but none of them were really our taste.

Dinners (not tasty/appealing) in main restaurant and thai outlet, limited english language skill of staff made if difficult to communicate, the fact that it does not lie directly on the beach but is separated by a public road that needs to be crossed

We were cold whenever inside the hotel - they have a central air con system that can't be altered, not even in your room. Whilst not expensive we were not told until checking out that there is a charge for parking.

Breakfast is very good and the hours of operation was excellent dining at the restaurants was excellent. The menu was extensive and reasonably priced.

Great location. Amazing entry room. Great breakfasts. Amazing customer service.

Hot tub, not hot. Bed was hard. Walls were extremely thin. Facilities were outdated, in need of modernization.

The property is beautiful with friendly staff. Our meals were at the restaurant with gorgeous views and they were extremely accommodating to large families.

We have been there multiple times and the food was not amazing this time. It was OK. The air conditioning did not work and all the rooms.
