Generous, hearty breakfast. Great poolside food and drinks. Efficient service. Very polite, attentive staff. Ample facilities, especially for pets.

Heated pool was inoperative. Standard pool was excessively chlorinated. Passaways between buildings are not sheltered. Double bed is of minimal size. Indigenous flys are bothersome when there is no breeze. Some sort of pest control is needed.

The service was wonderful, the pool too, clean. It would be good to have more umbrellas that do not fall... ;-)

there was no Christmas program at Christmas dinner. There was no Christmas music. Guests who paid for the Christmas dinner had the same conditions as guests who did not pay for the Christmas dinner. There were no Christmas decorations in the dining room, no Christmas tree. There was no opportunity to dance.

This hotel in the middle of the Holombra farm region is wonderful. Clean, well designed, great staff, an excellent restaurant on the property with perfect service. This is a hidden gem! Lovely pool, excellent gym. Just a pleasure to stay here.

Only issue, for some, was the beds, maybe because brand new, are very, very firm. Perhaps a mattress topper for these might help? But shower was exceptional, rest of room clean and comfortable - perhaps one sitting chair in the room might be nice, but this is a small issue.

Swimming pool water was not warm as announced and communicated by hotel staff Coffee offered during breakfast could be better (there's a coffee vending machine) The king size bed is actually two individual beds together, but it's comfortable

It is located far from the Holambra downtown. you need a car! Good breakfast, but a lot of flies

The room was comfortable. The pool was great. The staff were excellent.

Getting a taxi or uber was difficult at times in and out of the town.

The hotel is new, fantastic 👌 still needs some repair to prevent rain 🌧 to enter in the open area. And the distance to center city is 2,97 Km and not as in the commercial 0,6 Km. Breakfast is medium class, but good 👍

The vibe at dinner was very bright and not romantic. Felt like cafeteria. Also beds could be bigger and more comfortable
