Pousada is great, quiet place, home kitchen. Absolutely amazing people! We were the last and late ones, but they prepared great fish and also opened great homemade cachaca!
Just be ready for the mosquitos outside. Wifi is also not perfect, but mobile internet works good.

I loved everthing. I had a amazing stay! The place is beautiful and clean. The staff are friendly and they went above and beyond to ensure that we felt like home. I will return with my family.
I was not prepared with a proper repelent to avoid mosquitoes bites.. Please do not forget to bring one.

When we arrived it had already gone dark, and we were greeted by staff with information that somehow they did not get our reservation from booking. However, they were very friendly and quickly arranged our room (we had to switch to another later as water was not working). The room had nice size and great view of the river behind the property. The next day we walked up the path to sit on river for a while under a covered shade, until the bugs found us, and we had to go back. All in all a nice stay in very quite environment.
The breakfast had not many options, most likely as they did not expect guests. The arrival was a bit of a negative surprise, but lickily we could stay. Finding another place at that time would be difficult.

The property was in a good location and was comfortable and it was good value.
The location was 40 minutes away from restaurants and we were not informed when booked that the on site restaurant was closed. The host or staff didn’t speak to any of the group which didn’t make you feel welcome in fact it made us feel we were an inconvenience being there. The breakfast was on the table and nobody asked if we needed anything - nobody appeared during the breakfast and if you didn’t drink coffee there was no other drinks available eg tea or juice or even water.

Great breakfast, wonderful location, dinner, price
They did not speak any English or Spanish, the walls had peeling paint, the toilet was not bolted down, they could not take US credit cards, we had a smaller bed than what the reservation stated.
