Great location and nice rooms as well as great hotel area which was set up with love. Nice breakfast with several options to chose from.

Unfortunately 2 out of 3 rooms were only available after 2pm (the last one only at 5.30pm) which should not be the case for a hotel with such a price.

a bit costly for ilha do mel.. the restaurant area is beautiful with huge potential to become a tourist magnet, but the food itself wasn’t as great . the public paths/ dirt roads in front of treze luas could use some extra investment..

great place it was clean and neat. All decorations was unique with a lots of plants matching with the island vibes. staff was fantastic very friendly and helpful always with a great service beyond expectations. breakfast was fantastic every day.

the walls were thing so when the place is full we could hear other people conversation or even hear other things (if you know what I mean)

Location was excellent, at least for me. Pousada 13 Luas is right at the Praia de Fora, walking distance to other beaches (around 2-4km).It was totally worth it. Staff was welcoming and commited. Breakfast was well served, I personally recommend the veggie quiche, it was delicious! They also offer a variety of juices and cakes and other treats. The room was in good shape, clean and neat, I would def recommend this Pousada.

The night of the day we arrived rain no stop until the next morning, the island was blacked out for 17hrs. The Pousada offered us big umbrellas to go have breakfast, we tried to enjoy the day although everything was flooded. When we came back late afternoon, the pousada main staff wasn't available. The superintendent provided candles for us, so we won't stay in the dark, but we felt a little neglected. The power came back around 2am, everything turned out to be great, and the Pousada gave us a discount compensating for the power outage, which was nice and responsive. Besides that, all was good!
