Aldeia do Mar was the perfect choice for my stay in Itacaré, the facility is great, clean and the location is perfect to enjoy the beach and go to restaurants and shops. The staff is very kind and helpful with a big smile in their faces ready to help.

The position, the rooms, the breakfast

The only thing is that nobody speaks English and it would be good in an international place like this have employee who speak English. Would suggest the owner to offer free English classroom if not done yet! ;-)

The room was clean and had a good size. The pool had a very nice view of the sea and the bar on it is very convenient! The beach is also fantastic, with no many heavy waves and clean water! We liked a lot the garden of the pousada, well cared and beautiful! We felt super relaxed and we would definitely come back!

The place is incredible. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is better than all restaurantes in Itacaré. Comfortable and cozy place, we didn't want to leave.

Beachfront, clean, wonderful food, helpful staff, wonderful amenities.

Rooms lack a little charm - a bit industrial feeling compared to the rest of the hotel grounds. The patios could use a hammock or sun lounger. But that was minor - overall it was beautiful.

Everything, however the key of this hotel was definitely the kindness and attention of the people who works there!

The hotel offered us to join a buffet dinner (paid @ R$ 70 per person) which totally disorganized once the food was not enough to attend the number of guests. The music was great, however we decided to leave and the hotel returned our payment, but unfortunately that jeopardize our night not allowing us to enjoy something else. We were very disappointed with that. They really need to improve in this aspect for future purposes.

The breakfast and food in general is great. People who work there are really helpful. The bed is comfortable. The view from the restaurant is nice.

The shower didn't get warm we had to take cold showers . And the room didn't smell well. The hotel is not really beachfront, I mean, It's a mixture of river and sea and the water was kind of dirty.

The new rooms were fantastic - comfortable, large and clean. Within walking distance of the main nightlife street.

Need the lights to be bit brighter, but please don’t use the fluorescent type of LEDs that everyone in Brazil uses! Shame the recent floods made the beach in front a bit unpleasant, but not hotel’s fault.

Sea view, pool and quality of services

Optional 10% fee during check out (on top of 10% of F&B). It is not pleasant to say no.

Booked a room instead of a Chalet this time, better choice. Refurbished, clean and well maintained. Will visit again for sure. Hotel is on a lovely beach
