The location and the property was beautiful and very family oriented. The restaurant was AMAZING. Every dish we tried every day for lunch and dinner was just fantastic. Kudos to the chef. The chalets are amazing and the staff at night very helpful in getting the fire started as it is not as easy as you may think.

Brazilian hotels are known for delicious breakfasts and the hotel was responsible for the breakfast while the restaurant in the hotel was independent for lunches and dinners. It really showed as the breakfast was mediocre every morning at best while lunch and dinners were phenomenal. Also, as someone who rented two rooms for my spouse and family, one of the rooms had a water leak that they kept saying they were going to fix and after five days it was still not fixed. Front desk ladies were not very friendly and took complaints with a "I will see what I can do attitude." At the end nothing was fixed and we just stuck it out. Finally, the sport activities and facilities are great but need some new rackets and equipment. The Padel rackets and tennis rackets are from the 1800s.

Delicious food. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna a true Spa. Amazing and diverse kids playing zones. Small lake with leisure fishing. Paddle, Squash, and tennis courts. A must stay.

Nice service Nice area - beautiful view - beautiful nature around So definitely good for holidays to relax. The gym was good - a bit dirty but had all necessary things. The pool was okay - when I went in it was dirty . The sauna was okay too - not really hot but it might take some time to get hot I don’t know .. Breakfast had fruits and oatmeal. For people that like cake and eggs it’s good. Clean room :)

No vegan breakfast - not even the bread . Theres no option to go to another restaurant close by so you basically have to eat there the whole day which can be expensive . You can take an Uber and go to itaipava but it’s difficult to get an Uber from there ! Heating didn’t work and it was very cold at night

Excelente location with many leasure activities. A perfect getaway.

The address is slightly different than actual location but if you follow the road signs you will arrive with no problems.
