Rooms very big but too basic. We were staying for 5 nights in a superior room and had nowhere to put anything...we had 2 hangers and a shelf. We asked for more hangers and got another 2. The safe was broken but they came and fixed it. No plug or light switch both sides of bed...only one. I would recommend adding a chest of drawers and a mirror to make the room more comfortable. It would be OK for a one night stay but wasn't very comfortable for a longer trip.

Breakfast spread was good, with good selection of meat, bread and cheese. i particularly like the freshly squeezed fruit juices. Room balcony mountain view was great! Hotel staff were very helpful. Andre deserves a special mention.

4 people at the reception , no buddy talks English, the same next shift etc'. The lobby was under construction , but there wasn't any warning when make reservation or in the site. At the gym the appliances were with power but not working.

Location ( closed to City's center, shopping mail ) size of the room, view. Quality of breakfast.

Sometimes noisy due the traffic or trains. Size / depth of the pool (not tested) . Stability / qualty of Wifi may be improved.

There was a cockroach 🪳 in the room, and the staff crew did nothing about it.

It was not as clean as I expected. It’s a dated hotel, old and in need of a makeover.
