The location is very convenient. On one side, you’re downtown and close to everything, and on the other, you’re right by the beach in the perfect spot. The breakfast was very good, and the hours were convenient. There were many pool options, and the room and bathroom were spacious. This was also the first hotel where we had a real duvet. The staff was amazing.

On the one hand, the property clearly needs renovation. It’s an old hotel, but the architecture is nice, and the landscaping with flowers is very charming. I really liked the swimming pool, the location is very convenient, and the breakfast and staff were amazing.

Excellent location with direct access to the beach and close to restaurants and stores for evening strolls. Buffet breakfast is very complete and is served in front of the beach. Rooms are simple but spacious and comfortable.

The facilities are quite worn out from use. The price is somewhat high for the condition of the facilities.

Location is perfect, just in beach front and staff is very polite and helpful. Stays in town center and all shops and restaurants ate 5min walking.

The light in bathroom is not enough, very dark, especially in mirror front. The TV was old and image was not good, cable shows damaged.

Wished they had warned us about one of the evening performances where they had a snake. That night was a no no. They should let people know so that they can choose if that’s something they wanna be part of or not

The location is everything. In front of the beach, next to the main road and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The amenities offers such as the pool, jacuzzi and the breakfast at the restaurant were all very good.

The balcony door in our room was not really safe. It looked it could come apart at any moment. I understand that the rooms are old but they can definitely improve the balcony wood door in room 221.

Property was gorgeous! Shady trees and flowers, three shady pools that felt very private. Location was fantastic- just off the main square and on the beach, but felt very quiet and private. Staff was very responsive and morning breakfast was excellent.

a lot of noise and the air conditioning didn’t work well, and it is very difficult to reach the reservation people to do any change, I had this communication problem before our arrival.

The location is the best! In front of the beach, great amenities, right on the center of the village. I loved everything.

We had an incident where one of the employees called us at 10:30pm when we were both sleeping to ask us to come to the reception and paid for the other half of the stay. Like who does that? I asked if could wait until the next morning and they said no, so they come to the room. I just felt it was very disrespectful as no one should be called past 10pm, specially on vacation after a full day of tours. We were exhausted. That was really weird!

The location was amazing if you want to be in the heart of the action in Jeri - right on the beach and next to the Main Street center that comes alive at night. The overall design was gorgeous. We loved having two beautiful pool options, including a jacuzzi (though it was never warm). The courtyard leading to the beach was beautiful with flowering trees and giant iguanas! Our balcony had a lovely view of the main pool. There was also a cozy spot to sit and read. My favorite part was the hotel restaurant on the beach, where the abundant breakfast buffet was served each morning, including fresh hot coffee, tapioca orders, breads, cakes, deli meats, hot options, and plenty of fruit and juices. I’m the evening, you could order cocktails from the bar on your tab, and they were some of the best caipiroskas I had in Brazil. The room was a perfect size with a nice shower with great water pressure.

This place looks slightly more upscale/luxury in photos and description than it felt, but we were still very happy with our accommodations. Note that this is a family friendly hotel near the town center, so except some noise from kids playing in the pool throughout the day until 9pm and music coming from the streets until around 12pm. The staff could be a little slow to respond, but it wasn’t an issue for us - just part of the laid back atmosphere.
