One part of the story: the staff was really attentive and helpful with guests, specialty with elderly ones. Helping around even a full and busy days. The breakfast is good, standard Brasilian breakfast, with fresh fruits and good offers. Good mattress, pillow, standart cold an dry but clean bedding, good shower, in good conditions and general cleansing was very good.

The other part of guests treatment, not about the staff, its business model, but for me, they are bad decisions. The prices practiced when booking at the reception or by phone are too expensive and abusive considering the same book offer on the internet. So for those ones who dont use the internet its very unfair and unnecessary. Shame on hotel! People were there cz of a event you hosted and we were at the waiting list. No callbacks informing about vacant rooms and this kind of practice. Not even a mention about their own app, i dont mean to suggest other apps, at least their own could be mentioned to help people with their abusive prices. I booked online and it was under half price + amenities, same room.

Hotel is lovely, room was very comfortable and clean, receptionists were polite, breakfast was just AMAZING, and location is great too.

The blinds would not close fully so early in the morning the room was very bright.
