I like the proximity to the airport and Lagoa Santa.

The only thing I would like to have changed is the very little bar soap in the bathroom. Please get a better quality, ones that at least make some foam! The two I found in the bathroom were too small and no good at all! I had some bar soap in my bag and used to shower. The ones available were the worse ever. You guys really need to provide better bar soap.

We stayed here to get an early flight, and I was very impressed by the standard of the rooms - spacious and comfortable. A decent buffet breakfast was available from before 6.30 and there was a meal available at at 11pm. They provide a shuttle to the airport every hour - if you are arriving late it might be a good idea to request this before you check in as spaces are limited.

Staffing levels were very low which made check in very slow and the dining area had not been cleared. The listing describes a "restaurant" but an eating area in the lobby is a better description! The food was fine though.

Good hotel if you need to stay near the airport. We slept in a ground-floor room. It was modern and ok, hot shower. Great breakfast, one of the best we had in Brasil.

Being a business hotel, we felt we wait a little bit too much for the check-in procedure. Cleaning no more than acceptable.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. We could use cutlery, plate, microwave without trouble.

To go to Lagoa Santa you must go down the road like 2km to the point of return, but that was not any trouble.

Very convenient location for a late flight arrival, 10 min away from the CNF airport, or for an early morning flight departure. Very nice complementary breakfast. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing in particular. One must know this is a 3 star hotel, therefore it perfectly meets the expectations for this category.

The bedside lights didn't work, and one of them actually has no wall socket, so it's only therr for visual effect! It is the same in four rooms in this hotel. My only criticism.

every time when you leave the property on your way back you have to activate your room card even if you step out to have breakfast at balcony… it’s annoying

I like the environment, near to aeroport, transfer transport up and down to aeroport, staff are so helpful , I recommend.

Only one bedside lamp functioned, because there was no electrical socket on that side of the bed for the lamp, which seems like it is there for visual balance.

Convenient airport location for an overnight stay and modern. Rooms don't have the musty smell of older three star hotels. Good price compared to the competition.
