The room was great, really spacious and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was excellent, especially the breakfast. And the staff was super nice and helpful, really appreciate their dedication. Thanks!

My only complaint is that while the site says that the property has private parking, it is very limited and definitely not enough for the number of rooms. I kinda wish they would let you know so that you can take it into consideration.

The location, right across from the Amazon, was excellent and convenient to where boats arrive and depart. The hotel staff was great and the hotel was clean and provided a good selection of breakfast options. There is also a nice (and popular) path along the river for running, walking, and cycling.

As other reviewers have mentioned, rooms looking out to the Amazon can be noisy since the street is heavily traveled. I don't think this is mainly the fault of the hotel since normal traffic noise isn't noticeable. But when a motorcycle that intentionally or unintentionally is without a muffler, or when a loud sound system from a passing vehicle is on the road, you can hear the noise in the room. Maybe a bit thicker windows would help.

The location overlooking the Amazon River was excellent. Close to all the action and yet quiet and peaceful. The room was very comfortable and clean with good water pressure in the shower and an electronically operated black out shade. The ac was efficient and quiet. The staff is very courteous and helpful and there is ample off street parking. There is a small pool but we didn’t use it. There are numerous quiet places to sit and a lovely rooftop deck with nice views of the river, a bar, and covered seating. The breakfast buffet was outstanding with many options and lots of fresh, delicious, tropical fruit. There restaurant is full service and the food was good and a good value. The room was cleaned daily.

The key card needed to be reset every day, but it was no trouble at all and the front desk took care of it right away.

Everything worked very well there. Location is great. Structure is good. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide range of options. They’ve got a small convenience store in the main hall, a restaurant, two bars. Staff is very helpful and professional. This place gives value to your money.

All is great there. The only thing they can improve over time is the bathroom, which seems quite old. But it works all right despite that.

Nice hotel that is really close to the historic fort in Macapa and the Amazon River. There is also good restaurants and shopping near by.
