Spacious suite room with lovely views. Close to many nice restaurants and the beach is brilliant!

I booked a suite and I was initially given a room that had a very strong smell of pee. On speaking with the front desk they sent the cleaner manager who sprayed the room and said it was probably due to the outside swage (which was not true as opening the balcony windows was what helped to ease the smell). I then had to ring the front desk again and they promptly gave me another room. However, I had to ring again to remind them of the cot for my baby that I requested but it was not available in any of the rooms. I was a bit disappointed that they allocate people in rooms that clearly smell bad (even one staff agreed to me that the smell was too strong) and that I had to ring the front desk more than three times considering the price that they were charging daily.

The location, the facilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I went with my mom who has mobility problems, but it was very easy to get around, the hotel is well prepared and the staffs are lovely. I really recommend this hotel, we had a great experience, I will definitely come back.

The hotel is very good, we stayed on The top floor and the doors on the balcony didn’t close properly probably due to the salt from the sea. The air conditioner also didn’t work very well in the leaving room, although the ones in the rooms worked perfectly. The sink’s drain smells bad in one of the bathrooms.

Meals were the best....enjoyed eating at the hotel and having made good friends like Eunice, Raphael, Yuri....also liked the room with a view. Clean and spacious.

Did not like the hotel rules that we could not fill up with a bottle of water for the night.

Very complete hotel with a good pool, meal services, spa. Amazing staff, very friendly and proactive. Good location with easy access to the beach, and near many high-quality restaurants. The beach on the front had a very good structure, with calm and warm water, amazing.

The apartment was not well maintained, with doors that did not close, foul smell coming from the bathroom pipe. The apartment structure is also strange and not good, like having all bathrooms without ventilation, no bathroom on the second floor, and an unsuitable hall. Also, the apartment pool was not clean.

Good location close to the beach, big rooms, nice staff.

The Wifi in the room is really bad and instable. The gym is very small and has not much equipment. For a big "resort" hotel the gym should be much better.
