The hotel offers an exceptional experience. While the expansive pool is not heated, it remains enjoyable even during the winter months. The rooms are spacious, and the dining options feature a diverse selection, with a notable emphasis on local cuisine. The staff provides attentive and courteous service. Furthermore, the hotel is well-equipped to accommodate families with children of all ages.

The location is superb. The facilities are wonderful, the decor pleasing. The pool area is one of the best I’ve ever seen. We splurged a little on this trip and stayed in a superior suite which had beautiful sea views all around. But I’m sure all of the rooms are of exceptionally high quality. All in all this is one of the best Hotel experiences I’ve ever had. And I’ve done a lot of traveling. Oh, and a decent fitness center.

Welcoming and dedicated staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, stunning views, great location, services and amenities, including a relaxing spa. Great option for both business and family trips with kids.

Things that could be improved: I'm a vegetarian and most food options had meat, but the staff was great and promptly prepared me vegetarian options. So if you're vegetarian/vegan let the staff know beforehand. On a side note, it rained during our stay, so we missed indoor pool options. Still, we 200% recommend the hotel!

The swimming pools’s water was very cold and they closed at 20:00. At breakfast, we were told we were not allowed to fill our water bottles with water. The room was not cleaned on the first day because there was no explanation at check-in and the wrong light for no cleaning was on. However, they kindly took care of it right away.

Nice hotel and breakfast . Bit far from the tourist attraction, but with uber 10 min you are most in every where!

I ordered some different food snacks for my kids , they told I was not allowed to eat in the table near to the pool, Id have to go to my room! Disappointed! Dj music loud all day, some people they just go to the hotel for relaxing, and have to be in the pool with music loud all day long!

The property location is perfect and I would like to recognize Branca, Sara and Jadson for the support and assistance during our stay at Ritz.

I love the breakfast and the DJ playing on the pool area plus the fact that the hotel is beach front.

Loved the spa! And the cleanliness, and the breakfast was amazing! They have some beach umbrellas also, altho the waves there seemed a bit violent. Altogether a nice hotel I'd definitely recommend!

The parking Shud be free for the price we pay...if you don't want to pay, you have to leave your vehicle on the street... I also didn't like all the guys waiting to snag u and u come out of the breakfast room. To try to get u to buy into their new hotel they're building

The customs relations manager was very attentive and provided us with an upgrade room.

The hotel is not of international Ritz standing. The location is away from the nice beaches of the city.

The people from reception was very helpful when we asked for changed the room, specially Branca and the team!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, shower was amazing !

We stayed two nights and the breakfast was exactly the same during the whole trip . They could change the menu everyday . Also they give you like 6 different cars and it can really be a pain once we need different cards to access the room, order drinks at the bar or get towels . Last , the beach in front of the hotel is not appropriate for bathing . if I knew that in advance , we would have picked another location . SPA was decent .
