The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We don't speak Portuguese, but everyone tried their best to make sure there was no misunderstanding and was always on top of everything. The live music by the pool and the well prepared breakfast were definitely the highlight. Everywhere was impressively spotless.

The water for the bathtub took forever to fill the tub. We later started to run the water before dinner and it would be ready when dinner ended. The location wasn't at the most bustling place, so it made it more difficult when we didn't have our own transportation.

The facilities were great, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was very good. They had some nice extra touches too like complimentary beach hats, sandals and treats every afternoon.

The only thing that could be better is that they should offer breakfast earlier or offer an 'express breakfast' option. Us and other guests had early morning excursions and there wasn't enough time to eat breakfast.

Big, relaxing and well equipped. Its very beautiful and decorated. The staff are incredible nice, and the place really makes you relax. Breakfast is exceptional, and room and welcoming were very warming.

Only thing its the price, and the service fee they charge you in the end. You need to take an uber to the city center.

The staff was amazing, polite, elegant and always available for any type of request. Lots of cares and special attentions. The food in the restaurant was great with good healthy options. The view from the sea facing suites is astonishing in the early morning and it gave me beautiful memories that I will never forget!

As an Italian in vacation in a suite, I missed a bidet and some more bathroom privacy. The private swimming pool could have been a little warmer and the electricity more stable (it went down in the whole hotel multiple times). For the price I would have expected free usage of good quality coffee machine from the room and a water boiler, but the care of the staff compensated some minor flaws.

The location is splendid despite the access from the road. The construction looks brand new and well maintained. Room is comfortable and they all have sea view. The low tide allows us to walk hundreds of meters on dry sand. Don't expect to find cristal clear waters. Food and drinks are great

Friendly staff but service may be slow for your standards. Don't order in a hurry.

I highly recommend splurging on the deluxe bungalow. The private pool and outdoor shower was fantastic!! The staff was super helpful and friendly.

it’s a bit tricky to find in the dark as it’s located down a bumpy sand road but it’s definitely not a dealbreaker.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the incredible facilities, the superb food and drinks , the location but most of all the staff. The staff were so welcoming and kind, always with a warm smile. We had a magical stay and hope to return one day 🙏
