Heated outside swimming pool, large bed, good shower, the exclusive Deville fragrance all around brings anyone to a calming state of mind and the amazing team that work they way to ensure we had all our requests met to a high standard service.

The breakfast didn’t have decaf coffee, and the fruits options and display was a bit disappointing for a quality hotel in a tropical country. However, a great selection of bread and the other items were amazing.

Cleanliness, the room smells and feels clean, including the bathroom, which i really can't say is true for any hotel i have stayed at previously. They definitely clean the rooms well. Fully stocked snacks and drinks in the fridge. Not free, but you don't have to visit the lobby each time. Giant comfortable bed. Breakfast has excellent bacon and eggs, not common as well as several diverse cakes. You can get high protein in here and it's not extra like other places. Restaurant and Lobby are excellent.

The walls are absolutely too thin for the price being paid and quality of room. I couldn't hear noise outside, but inside, I could hear every word my neighbor said. This isn't a staff or management problem, but the owners definitely cheated out on construction. Bathrooms are the worst. If somebody is talking in theirs next door, you will hear it all, almost sounding like theyre ij the room with you. To me, price should reflect comfort, and while it's mostly perfect, this was a disappointment.Really, if the wall weren't so thin, it would be a 10/10 but they're laughably thin unfortunately. If your neighbor is clueless and loud, you'll likely need ear 6 is a shame. The outside noise is largely non-existent

Josiahanna, who worked in the kitchen went above and beyond to help things be pleasant for me, as an American. The front desk personnel were very pleasant but knew very little english. Breakfast was great. Good location, attentive door people, & nice, but simple entry.

No real resturant for dinner.

impeccable room service in the best location and city view possible despite its little inconsistent bathroom facilities - too old sometimes - you can easily hear the neighbor room intimacies through a vent window that instead of working as its own function does not prevent the bathroom to soak due to natural steam caused by regular use of the referred room.

excellent location, nice breakfast and attentive staff; the hotel restaurant is also very nice and meals usually get done fairly quickly, but taste very fresh.

checked in at 8pm and room was still not ready; rooms have been renivated but bathrooms are still old and shower leaks to the floor

Reception super helpful and friendly. Room is good, typical business hotel, very little personality to the room. Breakfast good.

Breakfast could do with a bit more variety, it is adequate bordering on basic. The breakfast is not aligned with the star rating of the hotel.

They make an effort to have good service.

The pillows. The soap could be better. The bar could not serve a glass of wine. Only 1/2 a bottle.

Excelent location, the executive room is confortable and affortable, excelent food restaurant and room service.

kitchen is not open 24/7, shower heat oscliation (gets real hot suddenly), vallet parking difficulty and lack of power plug adaptors.

Central location, great pool, lots of variety at breakfast, friendly staff, and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Excellent, welcoming staff willing to go the extra mile(s) to ensure a smooth stay and that expectations are met. I was impressed with the professionalism of the restaurant staff at breakfast, the room staff and the reception staff. Excellent breakfast and equally excellent location. I'm particularly fusy as an ex-corporate business traveller and I'm very happy. After years of travel, as soon as i walk into a hotel I'll subconsciously start scanning the place assessing light fixtures and behaviours!Congratulations to all the staff and the manager. Keep setting these standards!
