The accommodations, though simple and slightly different from the photos, were impeccably clean. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with my heavy luggage, offering to carry it up and down the stairs despite the late hour of my arrival. They also provided extra towels and even prepared meals outside regular hours and the usual breakfast time to accommodate my irregular work/study schedule. The staff's attentiveness and cheerful attitude were outstanding. They were always ready to help with a smile, making my stay feel warm and welcoming. A highlight was the delicious breakfast sandwich they prepared with fresh orange juice, featuring turkey breast, tomato, oregano, lettuce, and a touch of perfection! The room, bathroom, and minibar were spotless, and the towels were pristine. Despite the overall seemingly old structure of the hotel, the bed was very comfortable, and the blankets appeared modern and cozy. The air conditioner, though a tiny bit outdated, worked efficiently. I particularly enjoyed the charming balcony, which was a lovely feature, as well as the peaceful garden with a well-maintained hammock – a perfect spot to unwind. The food from the hotel was delightful, and the atmosphere exuded warmth and coziness.

While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there were a couple of aspects I believe could improve. I felt uneasy knowing that only one woman in the reception was left alone to handle late-night arrivals and the multiple check-ins while also helping with luggage and preparing cakes for the next morning’s breakfast. Even though I was reassured that the area is more than safe, I found this arrangement risky. However, I must say that I appreciate immensely the possibility of arriving on late hours since I had been traveling for far too long. Additionally, although I appreciated my room balcony, I noticed that its door would close properly or didn´t exactly lock, and the railing was quite low, which could be a safety concern.

Hotel nova Odessa is a charming hotel, with nice and clean rooms, beautiful outdoors areas with pool and lots of nature, and the staff are very nice and helpful. A perfect place to stay for relaxing.

The staff was great, super nice and prestative. It was a great breakfast with fresh and delicious food.

The location and the garden is not but the rooms doesn't really see the garden.

There were so much noise from everything, construction noises at morning, the bathroom wasn't nice, it was really old and the toilet made noises too, the air conditioner dripped water. The electricity was going off randomly, and it made noises too. All this is the most expensive hotel in nova odessa, it's not really worth it, a 2 star hotel would have the same stuff for a cheaper price.
