beds were super comfy and air conditioning was good and bed sheets and blankets were super clean.
bathroom looked (ceiling, shower, etc) old but everything was working. There was no power outlet for the bed near the bathroom in room 264.

It has a good shower, towels and air conditioning. A big parking close entrance. There'is easy access to roads. Great breakfast with fresh fruits.
The receptionist didn't know to search our reserves and lost our time until found it. The toilet valve was leaking and did not fill the flush box. The mattresses could be softer and thicker.

I had a person who wanted to visit me without my permission. The person had the reception guy call me on my room phone around 6:30AM when I was sleeping. The reception guy woke me up and asked me if the visitor can come up to my room. I told the reception guy no 3 times, and told him that I was sleeping, and I did not give the visitor permission to visit me. About 3 minutes passed, then I hear a knock on my door. It was the visitor knocking on my door yelling out my name. The visitor kept on yelling my name, calling my phone, and knocking loud on my door for about 2 1/2 hours. I had to stay quiet because I didn't want the visitor to know I was there. I was afraid, and I don't know how the reception let the unwanted visitor come up to my floor and bother me for 2 1/2 hours. There was no good security there, and what would happen if the visitor wanted to hurt or kill me. I will never come back to this location again. I am a foreigner and I was in fear of my life.
