The hotel seems to be brand new. The bedroom and facilities are well clean and organized. The hotel is near the main attractions and close to restaurants and supermarkets. They offer dinner for R$55 per persob every night.

The parking lot is R$25 per day and there is no disccount for hotel guests. They should mention it on the hotel description. It should be forbiden pets in the breakfast/dinner area. I love dogs, but it is a little bit disgusting having dogs on the chairs right next to you while you are eating.

Paid parking , but it is not expensive, and lots of space in the street

The place was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly.

My bed collapsed in the room on the first night with my wife being pregnant, it was a major inconvenience. The staff said they would compensate us for the first night the following day, but still charged us full price for our stay.

I needed to use the desk to take a course online. There was very little space because the chair wouldn’t back up enough for me to sit properly. One extra foot would’ve been ideal. Yes, it has a desk but an adult can’t sit at it without pressing up against the desk.
