Quick and simple check-in/check-out, staff was very friendly. Minibar is empty which I personally prefer, just buy drinks from reception or bring your own. Location is among the best towns in Porto Alegre. Room service was good and simple, just left a message at the door and it’d be done when we came back.

Dinner at the restaurant in the lobby was a bit pricey.

Great hotel, beautiful location in a calm street very close to a great city neighborhood. There’s a Shopping Mall 3 blocks away, a huge park close by and several of the cities top cafes, bars, ice cream shops and restaurants. There’s a Pharmacy just a block down from it. The breakfast is super complete and amazing.

I love the room, the bed, the breakfast, location, TV, shower, price. Every time that I travel I prefer Ibis. Everything is the best. I have great time there.

My husband and I and my 2 year old son stayed for 8 days. The service was excellent, fast and efficient. The location is very good and with many restaurants and cafes around. My only problem was the room size, the room was too small for three people. Unfortunately, the Hotel does not offer a family room!! But the rest was all perfect. A big thank you to Henrique & Jose so both of them work at the reception.

The only issue was the size of the room

It's conveniently located in a charming district near most of Porto Alegre's main attractions. Nevertheless, commuting from the hotel to anywhere else in town is extremely secure, easy, and cheap. The hotel staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. The inside design is urban and modern, and it has a pinch of that artsy atmosphere as well. The rooms are surprisingly comfy for the price you pay and, like all Ibis hotels, very clean as well. Plus, I felt they are slightly larger than rooms I have stayed in other Ibis hotels in the past. Breakfast is good enough considering the price you pay for your stay and is available for many hours so you don't have to pull yourself out of bed before you're ready to in order not to miss it.

Maybe the chambermaid should make sure there is no one in the room before opening the door, as there is no "do not disturb" sign available to let hanging out of the door. I was on late checkout though, so it probably was just an occasional mistake.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean.

The mini fridge was empty, drinks and snacks had to be asked for at the reception desk. Also, there was only one power outlet far from the bed.

Location!!!

The television did not have the channel that was presenting the Formula One race in Belgium, which is one of my favorites races of the year. I was very upset, and we have to leave in a hurry to find a place to watch the race!

The staffs were super friendly , the coffee over there was pretty good and the hotel is very hostile and comfortable

The breakfast was not include in the daily rates. Beside this, there wasn't enough vegan options in the breakfast.
