The room and facilities are lovely. Staff are great and the area is very well located. Room was super clean and modern. The bed was very soft and comfy.

The room was a little noisy with the stairs outside but nothing crazy. Our room was at the back of the complex so to get there we had to walk up this very steep hill which is about 120m long each time. Other than that it was great.

the location

The location was great. Near to the beach access and the main places like bars, stores and restaurants. The breakfast was okay but not great “for my taste”. Loved the hot tub. :D. the sauna was very good as well. The staff were always kind and polite. Overall, it was a good stay.

The aircon could have a more powerful heating. The place was very cold inside. The remote control seemed to not work properly but I didn’t call for assistance, so.

The place was amazin I wish to have more time to stay there but I will go again.

Breakfast was not included. We needed to call a number to order breakfast (extra). The telephone in the room did not work, all communications were via Whatsapp. Different people at different times of the day, I had to explain the same situation repeatedly times.

We had to call for a face towel as the one in the room was filthy. The mattress was very old, it seemed as it just sank into itself as the night progressed very uncomfortable. The coffee machine was broken, we had to ask for coffee capsules, the bed seemed to me hastily made when we first arrived it was kinda dirty ( sheets) the air conditioning seemed to have not been turned on in quite a while. When we did turn it on it had a strange smell. I fully understand alot of places struggled through covid and have to try and recover now but honestly we left disappointed for the price we paid we could have gone somewhere where they would pay attention to the small details. We still had a great time cuss we can also see the positives etc... but it should have been a lot better with very easy to fix details.

if you want to stay near town it’s close and has a great gym.

we had several power cuts over the one evening we stayed and woke up the next day with no water in the taps!
