The multi-lingual staff. Staff were very helpful in accommodating our bicycled. The dining after 7pm and the fabulous array of choices for breakfast. The smell of the towels, the daily cleaning, the location across from a park and near the wharf. The bed was comfy, it has a fridge. There's a jug and area to make a hot drink behind reception. There's a large area with tables and chairs to do your work.

I didn't like that a person was allowed to nap downstairs in the lounge with her very snarky/ noisy small dog. Seemed it wanted to attack someone. I would have preferred to be able to view the dinner menu in advance but it is not on-line. I'll try to add it here

Breakfast was good

The list is long. Old and stinky bathroom (smelling rotten), very noisy room and no protection from the ocean wind, unfriendly staff (they couldn’t bring me extra pillows in the room, I had to go downstairs to pickup and the pillows were delivered with no plastic protection or anything, very poor hygiene. In the checkin the staff was completely indifferent and rude. Besides that, I forgot the room keys in the car, parked 3 blocks from the hotel since the hotel has no parking available, the night was very cold and raining and the hotel didn’t want to help lending the spare keys until the morning where I could get the ones in the car. So I had to leave the place under cold and rain to get the room’s keys). I will never return to this dirty, unfriendly and horrific hotel.
