During my stay at Rio Quente Resorts - Hotel Giardino, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional dining experience. Both the dinner and breakfast offerings were nothing short of fantastic, featuring an extensive array of dishes, beverages, salads, fruits, and desserts. Our room provided remarkable comfort, and the staff members stood out with their enthusiastic and accommodating attitude. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and comfort. I want to extend a special commendation to Isabela, who was instrumental in assisting us and even facilitating a late checkout. Her outstanding support truly warrants recognition and consideration for a raise. 😁😄

everything was great!!!

The room layout was good. We did not use the pool area.

The main bedroom was quite hot at the end of the day due to the proximity to the roof and the thin PVC ceiling and no heat insulation. Also the shower/toilet room of the main bedroom was somewhat dark. Plus the TV reception was very bad on all channels. Being the floor corridor open it became very slippery after a rain storm, one could even say quite dangerous, I myself slipped a few times.

What did I like: The staff was very helpful. The transfer to the parks were very efficient. It’s next to the small town so you can buy products outside of the hotel. Bed was comfortable.

They let make our beds, but wouldn’t clean the floors. We had a dead roach on the floor for the whole week and there were spiders everywhere. Food at dinner was varied but not good quality. Everything super expensive. For comparison, I am at Fernando se Noronha right nua, which is considered one of the most expensive place in Brazil, and they have the same prices.

By the price I paid I expected much more, my experience was frustrated!!!

The location is very good, very natural but the facilities are old and somewhat dirty. The ceiling on top of the main entrance is covered in spider web, the window in bedroom open to allow fresh air in. It’s glued with silicone 😳. the toilet coming off, making uncomfortable to sit on, the toilet cover if the worst you can find out there, the mattress hasn’t been replaced in decades, the shower when you open it, it is like taking a bath with a garden hose, some of the staff at the counter are not very friendly and somewhat rude. No pictures of the food, so we know what to expect. It’s always a surprise. Everything over priced and I hope in the next trip some of this problems will be addressed!

The pools are great but have to be very carful with sharp corners inside and out of the pool “stones by the way”
