the location is absolutely amazing. you can find anything nearby. also easy access to everything.

the suite is extremely small. I’d say it would be ok for 1 person. but for a couple, we didn’t even have the space to open up our luggage anywhere but on bed. very tiny bathroom as well.

Perfect location, very friendly staff in a safe area near a good shopping centre. Great breakfast, with many options. Near the carnaval circuit but also somewhere where taxis can get to.

Unfortunately it is a feature of Salvador as the building's infrastructure was not the best. Elevators are old and while the room was quite nice, when it rained the bathroom would flood and water would drop from one of the lights in the ceiling.

Cleanness, the staff, the breakfast and location are great.

1 - As soon as I got into the room, I noticed that the air conditioning wasn't running, so I had to change room. 2 - There is no furniture to keep your clothes, everything must be kept in your bag. 3 - The shower water outlet was very weak, it looked more like a very light rain and there wasn't hot water strong enough to be mixed with the cold water, that is, or the water outlet was very cold, or very weak, in case you wanted it hotter

Nice rooms, great staff. Regulated shower temperatures. Coffee machine.

The walls were damp with peeling paint. The disinfectant used to clean was too strong, struggled to sleep because my nose could not handle the strong smell. The kitchen in reception had the smell of strong fish after 2pm until late at night.

The staff was very nice, always available and really friendly. The breakfast was just so good :) The Hotel it's located near to the beach, pharmacy, supermarket and bars.

The toilet there was some issues that wasn't solved even I had spoke with the staff more 2 times.

The administrative stuff is badly organized. I was asked to pre check in online, but the site does not function for home addresses outside Brazil!:) I paid for my room, but the next day it was difficult for the staff to find in the system that I already paid!

The room was comfortable and clean with clean sheets. Air-conditioning worked well, but it dripped on the floor. Wifi works well. Breakfast is very good with a lot of choices. The location is close to the mall, grocery and fruit stand and a couple of blocks to the beach, but there are still some homeless in the area.

There are a few minor repairs that should be done such as replace the broken towel rack in the bathroom, replace the broken the shower tap, and repair the air conditioner to stop dripping on the floor. They're easy inexpensive things to repair and make the room more pleasant.

We extended our stay for another night. The room was great, comfortable bed and pillow. It's very quiet. A close walk to what you need but there are street people in the area. Breakfast is good and the staff are very nice.

Excellent location. Felt safe. The breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly.

Initial room was quite small with an internal view. We were then changed to a deluxe room which was much better so would recommend that.

Great location in a safe neighbourhood, walking distance to the beaches in Barra. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Water was not hot. Luke warm at best. Toilets were small but not a major issue.
