Great room, great shower and the staff is very polite and warm. It was a great stay. The breakfast is very complete and will probably get you full for the day. Regarding location, the hotel is located very much in the center of the city, righ in the middle of the main social life of Santa Cruz do Sul. Its already located at the end of the main shopping street, and next to the Catedral. The street in front of the hotel holds the city's main bars with a vibrant nightlife, and around the block, you will find "Restaurant Chef Davi", possibly the best in town, as well as the city's nightclubs and pubs.

Great hotel right in the city center and close to everything, nice park in front and plenty of nightlife at walking distance. The breakfast was great and the beds very confortable.
Can be a bit noisy on weekends depending on the position of your window.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located to everything we needed, and the staff was very friendly.
Breakfast could have had more meat choices but what they had was very good.

The breakfast was varied and tasted good. There was always plenty available. The coffee was also nice. The hot tub on the bathroom was really good, and the room spacious.
The restaurant was short staffed, so long wait for food in the evening.

Great central location, secure parking and good (if slow service) food. Nice and varied breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and have the basics needed.
The tv channels didn’t work, and only 1 set of towels between 2 guests.

The Hotel staff was very friendly and check in process very quick.
It's an older hotel, some updates were made, furniture choice was not good, jaccuzzy in such a small bathroom seems a waste of resources.

the electrical sockets are out of international standards the garage needs maintenance, it looks ugly the juice in the breakfast was not as good as Brazil standards
