The staff are very gentle. The lobby smells very good. They lend us towels to get to the beach (very usefull). There is coffee maker in the bedroom (I love it so much). The location is terrific, in front of a big shopping mall, and a few meter from the beach.

The breakfast is regular (could be better). The walls in the bathroom and bedroom had some spots (need a new painting right away). The towels are really old and roughy (needs new towels, please). The water in the swiming pool is too hot.

The room was spacious, so was the en suite, walk in shower and separate toilet, large vanity with hairdryer, most importantly the bed was large and cosy! Nice pool although not massive, gym and games room catering for small people. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Short walk to the Beachfront, where you can relax all day, at the small cost of a drink on a sun lounger, the drink vendors are welcoming although most don’t speak English, you can get around this by showing what you want, unless you speak Portuguese.☺️

It's a Hotel for business travelers. So I was a bit alone and bored. Nothing to do. I was hoping to have some fun meeting people but there were not many people at the time. About the Hotel it self, it is a very classy and well administrated one.

The fact of it being a place for business people mainly. I am a business lady but when I travel , I do it for fun, in a good way. I felt my self very bored and alone.

Mostly everything. Excellent breakfast, hotel staff, location, restaurant and bar (bartender was able to meet our requests doing some special drinks! ask for the BiaAna), ar-conditioning was excellent,

TV wasn't working and was set in an awkward spot in front of paintings, a bit run down in some spots such as a broken chair leg and dirty spots on the walls requiring repainting.

Everything just worked out for us. We will be booking it again. Robson and Alina and all of the staff are great. I pray that keep up the standard and not diminish it. The ambiance is just excellent

I love everything. The swimming pool is free, they provide really nice free towel and the cost of the hotel is just right

This is my second time staying at this said hotel. All both times has been excellent. Wonderful staff that speak english. Excellent location as connected to the mall, restaurant -Outback right next door and has a supermarket across the road. Staff are very professional and always willing to help. 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me once again. I'll be back soon 🙏🏾

Everything was excellent

well located hotel two blocks away from the beach. Several bars and restaurants within a 1 km range which makes doing everything on feet possible. A great plus is that there’s a commercial centre just across from the street with restaurants, shops and a a hypermarket. This was very convenient for us in the end.

The room was spacious and the furnishings were beautiful and modern. We were very comfortable and it felt very clean. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was a bit of a let down and it would have been nice to have an outdoor swimming pool (there is an indoor swimming pool).

Bedrooms spacious and very comfortable. Location great for the beach and shopping.

Pool, very small. Could have been designed better. Room service was awful, food was cold both times. Kitchen could have been quicker either dining in the restaurant/bar or room service.

great location, friendly staff. bed was ultra comfortable, and the room was clean.

you can hear everything happening on the corridors and in other rooms. the AC was not working properly. the bathroom was not on the level of the hotel/room.
