I travelled from London to visit my family in Brazi, and my other sisters- one from London and the other from Sao Paulo- decided to stay at Dan Inn because of its excellent facilities and great location. We used to live in SJRio Preto, and our stay was enjoyable. The staff were all incredibly caring, respectful, and helpful. The breakfast was great, and the room size was just right. The hotel's central location in the city made it even better. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The shower’s pressure is too high and impossible to control. They must to control the pigeons on AC compressor because they produce an annoying sound. The park could be free of charge.

Not 4 stars, 2 stars at best. Only price was 4 stars. It is very Dirty. Very old room, room 401. Unusable bathroom with blocked sink and loose toilet vase making it dangerous and unhygienic to use, very bad smell in the bathroom, brown stains all over the toilet walls, probably somebody with dirty hands cleaned himself in the walls after using the toilet. Mattress very old and uncomfortable. Swimming pool not so clean, there are no steps to get in or out so you need to be well fit to be able to get out. Jacuzzi was broken except for some weak pressure in only one of the seats (it was a 6 seater jacuzzi) and it is a cold water jacuzzi anyway. Jacuzzi and sauna had a inefficient way to turn them on, you need to ask reception, who are always very busy, and first day we asked they never came to turn it on, the other days they came about 30 or 45 minutes after request was made. Breakfast basic and repetitive. Hotel was full of builders electrician and tradesmen from the local areas who were drinking their own beers and using their speakers to listen to loud music and smoking every evening from 5.30pm to 9.30pm in the swimming pool / billiard area and loud talking and shouting and smoking despite the 'no smoking' signs all around the place. Payment at check in was a real scam as we were left with no alternatives after finding out the horrible room and uncomfortable accommodation. After 24 hours of repetitive complains and almost 30 minutes of handiman trying to fix the unfixable issues with the bathroom, they moved us to a slightly better room only the day after, and only after we threaten them very seriously, and they even tried to charge us one extra night for this change of room. They also gave out our original room to other guests in front of us without changing bedlines or towels as soon as we handed out older room keys without any house keeping. Disgusting.
