Good hotel. Large shopping mall with access to city subway station just a few steps away. Quite, nice, and safe neighborhood. Parking is paid (valet service) but at a reasonable price and conveniently accessible.

Long process of check-in, having to provide personal information about every single guest (Brazilian standard practice, which is not required in the USA). Although you can do the pre check-in online in advance, if you download their app, I am not willing to install new apps on my phone every time I have to check-in a hotel room. The safe for personal items in the room was completely loose, not secured/attached to any of the walls/furniture thus defeating its purpose to a certain degree since it would be fairly easy for someone to simply carry it away... 🤔

Great location, next to public transport, next to a shopping mall, which provides an assortment of options for meals. Good infrastructure and services in the hotel, including a pretty good breakfast. Vary safe location and easy access to city centre and public transport network.

The only thing I can think of complaining is that their breakfast bread could be bigger, it could be a standard size, rather than mini. (Ps: I'm being very picky with this comment. It is far from a problem)

Nice room and hotel facilities.

The breakfast buffet looked a bit understaffed towards the end, around 10AM. Often when dishes where empty, they did not get refilled. Also staff started to clean out the buffet before the stated closing time. On two occasions we arrived 30-45min before the breakfast would close, and most of the food was gone and didn’t get refilled.

Friendly and very helpful staff 24/7 - from cleaning ladies to restaurant staff and receptionists, cozy atmosphere, stylish interior (European, modern design), very clean restaurant and good food. Also liked the location - huge shopping mall across the road (=pharmacy, money exchange, groceries, clothes, electronics, food near to the hotel), metro and bus station also in front of the hotel. 30-40 min from GRU airport on a taxi (seems good)

I loved the hotel, excellent value for money and definitely better than any AirBnb available at time. The location was right next to a shopping centre, a public transport hub (train, subway and bus) and it had parking (paid separate) right next to the hotel, with a preferential rate for Hotel clients. I could be in the city centre under 20 mins and that was perfect! Loved the breakfast and the infrastructure was new and very comfortable and I felt as an extraordinary experience for the value.

The restaurant (evening) menu was short and poor. I didn't feel there were many options (no vegan/vegetarian/pescetarian). The restaurant offering could be better and my family and I much favoured restaurants on the shopping, apps or even the restaurant in front of the hotel.

Modern and new hotel Great breakfast. Best I have had at a hotel. Great location across street from mall and metro Dinning options close by Seemed safe. Security sits outside several different buildings Rooms are small but well thought out. Perfect for solo traveler or a couple.

Room size was small but worked for me. Shower pressure was sometimes incredible and sometimes very lacking. No one speaks English but that isn't a slight toward the hotel. Just info for future visitors.

As someone who were born and raised jn the surroundings, I found the price a bit too high for the location - it’s like paying for a luxurious stay in a far-from-luxurious area.

Location is not the best. Some reviewers said they walked around the area feeling safe - I honestly do not know what they are talking about. The area looks very dodgy. But we were not there for cultural experiences or walking around. as a transiting spot - its good.

The rooms and hotel itself is very good! Location is normal but the stuff dont speak English and it was hard to communicate. Also, they will spam you with a lot of automatic emails and never stop, but when I had a questions before out arrival they never responded!
