I stayed in unit 118 with a balcony (very large). The apartment is very spacious, super comfortable king size bed with quality bedding. The kitchenette contains all the cooking equipment if you like that. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of hot water. Stable and fast internet. The TV has many channels in addition to streaming. In the building there is a laundry and a small market with honest prices. There are also some rooms for those who need to work. Restaurants and supermarket nearby, as well as Shopping Vila Olimpia within walking distance. Anyway, my stay was excellent and it will be my option on future trips to Sao Paulo.

When I arrived there was no hot water. But, I saw that the shower is electric. Outside the bathroom is a circuit breaker box. I opened it and saw that the "Shower" (CHUVEIRO) circuit breaker was off. I turned it on and had hot water in the bath. I dismissed the maintenance request. Maybe it's a tip for anyone who goes through this.

The room and bathroom need more hangares coat hangers.

Internet did not work. I asked some many times for help but the network provider was not able to support. It was really complicated because I had to spend the time out in coffee shops to be able to work

No cleaning every day. Check out at 11:00 and check in at 15:00. They made me wait a lot.

We chose the place due to the proximity to the airport and to the Ibirapuera park. Pros: + Supermarket 24h open inside of the building + Laundry room Cons: - Very loud from 7am to 22h due to the airplanes passing over the building - The room wasn't totally clean, we found some hair and stains - The shower was difficult to figure out as there were 4 switches. Also, there were some electric cables in the shower which can be a hazard - One chair was missing in our room so we asked via a WhatsApp chat. The person who attended us was nice but then nobody ever brought it to our room. - The quality of utensils wasn't too good. In general, I'd suggest searching for another place to stay.
