The staff is amazing! They are super frienly and attentive. They made our stay to be very special! Another point is the food: everything I ate there was delicious!

The facilities are simple, but clean. The only point that it was not good for me is that the room I stayed had no natural light and minimum air circulation, so for someone with allergies, it will not be good. In this case, it is better to request a room with a window.

Very friendly staff, good and cosy swimming pool area and the food is excellent! The room was small, but enough for 2 nights and had airco!! Close to everything that ther is to see in centrum Soure

Nice and clean small rooms, good Air conditioning too. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful and even gave us a breakfast tray the night before as we had to leave before breakfast was served.

Lack of natural light in the room. Had a small window but couldn’t really be opened with the AC on. Only a minor quibble.

Excellent restaurant for lunch or dinner. Breakfast was good. Good service and location.

One light in room in middle of ceiling. Would be good to have a reading light behind bed.

The room was clean and pretty, there was a pool and the staff was friendly. They helped us get last minute tickets back to Belém, thank you for that!

The WiFi was bad and no one speaks English.

Helpful staff coping with a rather rundown hotel. Central location. Spacious common areas. Decent bed. Air conditioning in rooms. Greenery. I didn't use the swimming pool but it's there.

Minimal bedroom facilities. A single overhead Nowhere to put washing bag. Cheap plastic toilet seat. Sideboard was too high to sit at so I used the chair to store my clothing. The hotel needs modernizing.
