Comfortable big rooms; nice building; onsite convention center and restaurant; complimentary breakfast and toiletries; very good wifi; courteous front desk staff.

Far from downtown Teresina; located in a residential area (nothing to do in the neighbourhood)

the breakfast was nice, hotel was clean and the happy hour with music in the lobby was really good. Gym has all you’d want and the location of the hotel is good

Two negatives Wifi was very poor even after we requested to move rooms to be closer to the wifi router. The aircon was very loud but effective

Friendly staff . Quiet room . Average Room . Clean Room And hotel seemed 3* but is listed as 4 .perhaps quality varies form Europe ?. It is not same as a 4* in europe. . Breakfast was good. Staff polite at breakfast. Average hotel certainly didn't feel 4* .

booked this hotel to use the sauna. When I arrived they told me the sauna was not working. No apology. No compensation . Once in the room even toothpaste is charged ! In a 4* in Europe this is not happening. Opened mini bar to find an open can of cola ... Reported to staff. Didn't seem bothered . Obviously someone opened it and drank a bit then checked the price and decided 9 R was too much ..haha..

Well equipped gym, for a hotel.

Very simple bathroom. Towels had some stains. As it didn't meet my expectations I decided to go to another hotel. But I didn't get back any of the money I paid for my remaining, unused, week.

The first hotel room allocated to us was awful. Old and smelly. Then they moved us to a higher floor, the 5th, where the room was slightly better. They said it was renovated. Unfortunately, when we were about to use the hair dryer, suddenly the electricity went off. They had to move back to another room at 1st floor because there were no electricians at that time to fix it. So, be prepared to find an old premises that is not really shown in the pictures.

The whole premise is old, and the location is somewhat rare. The good thing is that the breakfast is good. full of options, and the local food is delicious.

Very old facility. Don’t get misled by the pictures because they don’t represent the real situation. Some rooms were mouldy and smelly. We had electricity problems in one room 548 and then had to be replaced at 101. A suite with better space but still very old and so so comfortable.
