Everything was perfect.

The property is absolutely gorgeous. It’s truly a special place and having breakfast or laying by the pool with all the vegetation (and sometimes monkeys) around you is so incredible. It’s not a huge property so it never feels crowded and there’s a lot of privacy. It just has the most relaxing vibes. The free transfers to the quadrado and the beach work perfectly and are an amazing perk. Breakfast was always delicious and the girls working there were super friendly.

Our room did have a few issues. Closing the sliding door was really difficult and the key would often get stuck. One of the windows was broken and they only fixed it after a few days. Plus, my husband got sick and they did not have an emergency kit at the property (no paracetamol, no thermometer). The bistro only works for lunch and is closed on Sundays (which we unfortunately weren’t told and were counting on their food on a rainy Sunday).

The facilities at the hotel including the gardens, two pools and room are clean and well-maintained. All staff are friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is exceptional. Guests can choose from a buffet and also order freshly made tapioca and eggs. A couple of perks were not overly clear when we booked were the free transfers to the beach and the Quadrado, and the afternoon tea.

A negative for us was that we experienced quite a lot of noise disturbance. Being at the front of the hotel, we could hear cars and motorbikes from the road. We could also hear other guests and music. In addition, as our visit was in July (the winter time) the temperature was bearable. Some guests may struggle with the heat at breakfast time in high summer, as this was hosted in an outdoor kitchen and had no air conditioning. A smaller point is that the room had no wardrobe.

Our stay at SOLELUNA was great. The staff is very friendly, the reception stays open from the morning until very late, and they have transfers to the beach and to the "Quadrado"/Village center. Breakfast is amazing, full of tasty, traditional and regional options. The whole place is beautiful, the tropical garden fully integrated with all common areas of the hotel is astonishing. A must: the steam sauna, which is a glass box where you can relax and feel part of the nature! And the green pool (there are two pools) with warm water is very relaxing. Our room (number 10, if I'm not mistaken) was elegantly decorated and extremely cozy. Thank you, guys

The hotel was beautiful. It has all the lovely Brazilian touches to it and the famous Brazilian welcome from all who work there. The breakfast was amazing with delicious juices and fresh fruit alongside sweet and savoury options. The walk to the Quadrado takes 10 minutes (max) and the hotel runs a great shuttle service to beaches and quadrado if you want it. We felt very well looked after and loved our trip.

Soleluna is truly exquisite. Our accommodations featured a private outdoor lounge area and a heated pool, both of which were impeccable. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The staff were consistently warm and hospitable, always eager to assist us with any needs or requests we had. Being conveniently located near both the beach and the town square made our stay even more enjoyable. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of tempting options. Needless to say, we are already looking forward to returning to this wonderful property with our entire family.

Beautiful landscaping and grounds; very kind and accommodating staff; excellent and varied breakfast including eggs and tapioca prepared to order. Rooms and beds were very spacious and comfortable. Good WiFi. The option to get a car ride to the beaches during the day or quadrado in the evenings is very convenient.

The breakfast was so so good. We had a wonderful chalet - wild cute monkey came in the morning to visit us, it has two wonderful nearly romantic looking pools - just wonderful

Well it was not the cheapest, but for what you get it was fair. The internet is not good - but I haven't had good internet anywhere in Brazil.

This paradise on earth is everything one wants to recharge their batteries, relax, and enjoy life. From amazing rooms, wonderful breakfast, to a friendly atmosphere, everything is put together for the enjoyment of their customers. Will definitely visit again.

the first and most important thing: the property is just like the photos. intact, I would say Soleluna is better in real life than the photos. There are 2 pools, so it’s never crowded. they build the hotel in a way the chalés are very secluded and you have your privacy. Soleluna has a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walking from Quadrado, where all the restaurants are. It’s also a 10 min drive from the beach, and the hotel has a transfer to take you to any beach that you want. Tainá and the owner were very kind and ready to give you any tips about restaurants and beach clubs. I will definitely go back to Trancoso to stay at Soleluna.
