Excellent location, awesome facilities from pool, jacuzzi, kids zone to in house restaurant. The staff are fantastic. Special to Nelson, Gaby and Julia. They helped us a lot with early check in to tips on what to do in Ubatuba for first time visitors. Will surely come again.

Many options for breakfast and really good for a non-vegan person. Delicious and well served drinks and food! The "Batida de coco" (coconut shake with Vodka) is the best! The common area is beautiful, well maintained, very relaxing and anyone can notice the dedication of everyone in keeping the space safe and comfort and providing a really good experience for the guests. Friendly people, eco-friendly initiatives, good music and acoustic. I highly recommend this place!

Unfortunately, as a vegan, I had only bread with olive oil (or jam) and the lady making tapiocas managed to make me a tapioca with olive oil, chopped tomatoes and oregano. There was only butter available, but it would be great to have at least margarine or any other veggie spread for the bread. Ah, I could also have fruits, coffee and juices, but no veggie milk or cakes. Another thing to note is that the rooms near the reception/gate have a bad smell sometimes and I believe it's because they're close to the bin area outside that is kept opened in some specific periods of the day.

The staff was great! The property was nice. The burgers were delicious! The room itself could have been a little more upscale. The staff made our stay wonderful! Kudos to the great staff!!!!!

Positive -Location 5 minutes walk to city centre so you don't necessarily need to take the car -pool is a decent size, the jacuzzi is heated so good if you're travelling with a baby -baby cot is available on request -mini safe and mini fridge in the room -the staff is friendly and helpful -the breakfast is a good variety of cold cuts, fruit, cereal, breads and cakes, fresh omelette/eggs and tapicoas to order -the bar has good drinks and food options -parking inside the property with security cameras

Negative -beds are small and uncomfortable -the rooms and furniture could use and update -next to a creek, so you really have THOUSANDS OF MOSQUITOS, all around the property. We were travelling with a 1 year old, we had to lather ourselves in mosquito repellent, use mosquito plugs and used up 4 bottles of room spray repellent in front of the door of our room in 5 days to keep the mosquitos away. They really need to spray repellent around the garden and property at least twice a day. -there is a child's play room, which was one of the main reasons for me to chose this accommodation as I have a 1 year old daughter, but unfortunately I couldn't use it with our daughter, because it was full of mosquitos, the floor and mattresses were dirty, there were only two toys and some books but everything seemed broken, old and dirty. I wish they would really put some more love into the children's play room and maintain it well. The good thing is there's a microwave and some dishes, if you want to heat up food for your infant. -there is no kettle in the room to heat up some water -there is no clothing rack outside of the room to hang your wet clothes like bathing suit or towel -we paid about 3000 Reais for 5 nights and I think it's just not a good value for the money
