The hotel is located less than 10 minutes from the airport, which was a big plus after a long journey. The room I requested had a street view overlooking a developing city. It was well-maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable. We were impressed by the stunning decor; it was so beautiful we couldn't resist taking photos. The food and drinks were another highlight. The mint lemonade and sorrel quickly became our favorite drinks, and my son absolutely loved the butter chicken. The staff were friendly, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure our stay was both comfortable and memorable. We felt safe throughout our visit, and the presence of 24-hour armed security added an extra layer of reassurance.

The hotel is in a nice area - safe and kept. There is absolutely professional security personnel at the entrance. It is clean and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and there was a good desk to work on. Windows were big and curtains were thick enough to not let the sun burn you in case you need to sleep. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The TV set had enough programs in English. The shower was one of my favorites in the room in general - enough water and easily adjusted spurt. Breakfast was relatively good and diverse - for the standards I have experienced elsewhere in Africa I would even say excellent. Room service was prompt. Shuttle to the airport was easy to organize.

Excellent location. Staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast had good variety and in room dining was delicious and well served. Will recommend it to anyone staying in Ouagadougou.

the named double bed is actually two single beds putting together with a gap in the middle; noisy A/C; I lost my nightclothes during laundry and no staff admitted...

Breakfast buffet was excellent. The 'boys' were great and other staff in the building friendly and helpful.

The front desk local staff were friendly however the supervisors seemed to not be as friendly as they could have been .Business only for them ... I suppose. Even some tension between supervisors and staff.

The staff are great, really kind and helpful. My room was comfortable. The a/c and WiFi worked very well the entire time. I'll plan to stay here again.

The pool hours are limited and since I was there for work, I never got to use it, which was unfortunate. I would also recommend a larger safe. I have a smaller laptop and it wouldn't fit.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is located in the downtown area of Ouaga, and It's less than a 5mins drive from the airport. The facility is fantastic, and the staffs are welcoming and respectful. One thing enjoyed the most was their meal; they were well prepared and sumptuous. The room has a minibar stocked with various drinks and snacks for a fee. So late-night snackers have nothing to worry about.

The management should work on the stability and strength of their internet facilities. The room I stayed in had a ceramic tiled floor. Thereby, it became freezing with AC on, making it a bit uncomfortable to walk barefoot if the bed could be covered with a rug instead.

Breakfast had a lot of variety so you could always eat something. The location is central and very close to airports which is what I needed.

Some of the market sellers outside the hotel were a bit pushy. It’s what you would expect but if your walking on your own it can be a bit of a pain

The staff at the Bravia hotel is kind and professional. They go out of your way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and close to the main institutions I had to work with. It has all the facilities you may need as well and the WiFi is excellent.

My payment via the banking terminal was catastrophic. The terminal didn’t work and the bank deducted 315417 xof. The message from the terminal was «  failed » but I didn’t get back my money yet. I have informed the financial director.
