I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to share my experience. First and foremost, I must commend the staff for their exceptional friendliness and helpfulness. They truly made my stay enjoyable. The rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness, and the overall service was great.

However, I did encounter a few issues that could be improved. I noticed there were no slippers provided in the rooms, which meant I had to walk barefoot after showering. Additionally, I faced some difficulties with water drainage after showering and often had to mop up to prevent water from spilling into the room. Lastly, while I understand the menu primarily features fast food, I was hoping to see at least a few traditional African dishes included. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend your hotel and would consider staying again.

Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The WiFi was much more robust than other hotels I have used in Ouagadougou. This was worth the room cost alone.

Nothing. You get what you pay for and I thought the whole package was good vfm. I didn't have time to use pool, bar or other facilities but the pool looked good.

Gym should be more ventilated, no options for Indian or Asian food, FOREX rate used is almost 25% higher than even airport exchange

Breakfast, food ,rooms and all the staff are very good and cooperative.

And The room service doesn't give free water of the day if you are staying for more then 1 days and then single water small bottle while mostly hotel give 2 bottles and every day . Then travel kits like sewing kit ,tooth past and tooth brush and comb ,shaver etc these are necessary things but they only keep shampoo ,body gel and soap .
