The breakfast was adequate for a continental style breakfast. We had requested a first floor unit and pet free.(allergies) Unfortunately, the ground floor rooms were all possibly pet friendly so we had to climb stairs to the second floor. The hotel did inform us of this and were apologetic. perhaps some ground floor rooms could be designated strictly pet free to accommodate those with mobility issues.

We didn't like the fact we had to climb stairs in order to guarantee a pet free room. Anyone with mobility issues and allergies may have to look elsewhere for accommodation.

The room was very clean! Smelled clean, no stale smoke smell at all. The bed was tidy, sheets were clean. The staff were very friendly.

The tap in the bathroom sink leaked badly. There was corrosion from hard water and every time I turned on the tap water flooded all over the countertop. The TV was very small and someone had unplugged it from the back. Took me a while to figure that out! The breakfast could have had more offerings.

The continental breakfast was okay. We feel there could have been more fruit options. The toaster provided does not work very well. The location is great ... so many options for restaurants and stores nearby.

The only issue we had was the guests above us who were there for hunting season. Both nights at approx 3:00am, they were making a lot of noise as they were preparing to head out to go hunting again. This woke us up and it was hard to get back to sleep again.

Although it is just a basic breakfast which was fine we were a little disappointed as around 8:30 there was no breakfast wraps available as well as the water and orange juice were both empty so as we waited for them to be filled while we ate our breakfast neither of that happened. We ended up buying water from the vending machine. As well as my yogurt with sour. Other than that though we did enjoy our stay and would recommend and come back.

A great little Motel in Camrose! The staff are awesome! I have stayed here a couple times now and every staff member is just great. I am a light sleeper and they always make sure I have a quiet room. They upgraded my room and I had a lovely stay in the jacuzzi suite. I plan on staying here every time I visit Camrose! The rooms are really clean and comfortable and you can't beat the value. Half the price of the chain hotels there. Well worth it and located perfectly for my stay.

The only (small) complaint is their ice machine is out of order and the vending machine is lacking.

easy access to room and interior of hotel and facilities; spotless breakfast room with good range of items - would have liked some boiled eggs though. Adjacent to a very good Indian restaurant

The rooms are spacious. We got lucky and had a mini fridge and a smaller fridge so that was helpful when we visited with the kids and stored food to bring for holiday gatherings. It was quiet. Beds are comfy. All of the staff is friendly. Small things for Breakfast was a little bonus.

Would love to have hard boiled eggs added to breakfast.

We had some trouble booking and all the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We traveled in awful weather to get there and they were so concerned for us. They were super kind. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. The beds were so cozy and comfy.

No fault Great hotel, looked a little ordinary from the outside but everything inside was perfect

Staff are very friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean. Great location for us, close to what we needed. It was quiet at night . You are on our list next time we visit.

The only thing we had problems with was the key to the door. Had to try them 3 or 4 times before they opened the door. Everything else was great.
