I was so surprised by the size of the room! I got a queen suite with kitchenette and obviously didn't read what I had booked. When I checked into my room I was mind blown! Not only did I have one bedroom; I had TWO! When I slept in the second bedroom on night 2 I also learned I had TWO BATHROOMS! now, this may not seem that exciting but, I am a mom and didn't have my family with me so a whole two bedroom apartment to myself was an absolute dream! Top it off with a starbucks, Mr Mike's and original Joe's in the parking lot. I hit the jackpot

The first bed I slept in was definitely not comfortable. It definitely felt like I was sleeping on the floor and the pillows were like boulders. I assumed both beds were the same, which they weren't (thank goodness). It was also quite noisy the first night so there definitely isn't any sound proofing between the floors.

The room was private and spacious. Staff were exceptional and awesome breakfasts each morning.

Parking was difficult for a work truck. However staff were very accommodating.

Very nice, I had an apartment feel to it, like you’re going in your own home and not a hotel. I love the fact that there are two separate rooms for the beds and one had their own bathroom .

The beds need upgrades, an so does the pillows as they are lumpy and hard

This place is so welcoming..The staff is so greeting and make you feel like home They continue to make us happy with every stay we’ve had..It’s a wonderful place and so clean

This was a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean, and very handy to a lot of services. The kitchen could be a little bit more accommodating to travellers. The location was very close to restaurants and shopping.

The TV remotes! Very complicated system to navigate !!

Balcony

Arriving at hotel n front door was a bit hard to access when arriving, but concierge was very helpful regardless

Amazing staff, underground parking, clean rooms, delicious breakfast, balcony, spacious rooms. One of the best hotel experiences.

It was noisy but understandable because lots of evacuees from wildfires.
