We enjoyed the spacious clean room with its elongated desk that provided a great work space for us to prepare ourselves a late bite to eat. We also appreciated having a small sink alongside the fridge and microwave. Had we planned to stay more than one night, we would have appreciated the large drawer space. Lots of choices for breakfast.

We would have appreciated a second chair ~ even if it were a fairly simple chair.

The staff were absolutely so friendly! But the place itself too was very well furnished and decorated - makes for a fun and comfortable stay!

I went out early in the morning to read outside on their outdoor patio furniture (which was a pretty neat spot) but it only took a few minutes before this really nasty odour came. Tried to find a different spot outside but the smell was everywhere outside. Had to go back inside, it was so strong.

We were blown away! It looked brand new (but wasn't), really nice rooms, fantastic lobby, lovely outdoor courtyard, and the breakfast was phenomenal. They even had an omelette station with a chef! I will start looking for Canalta hotels in every city. I'd never heard of them before but it was absolutely fantastic. 10/10

The staff were pleasant, helpful, problem solved. The inclusive breakfast was great along with the complimentary water, coffee, tea bar.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. There was an unpleasant odour, the floors, sinks and bathtub need a good cleaning and disinfectant.

The hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

I didn't like the guide wire in the parking lot that is invisible when driving directly into the sun. My van sustained considerable damage. There should not be a guide wire sticking out into a parking lot.

Very considerate of my gluten/dairy sensitivity provided options and knew what ingredients were in every dish. Cost and proximity to drumheller

Feels worn in the common areas. I didn’t like to see clean laundry (towels) being folded in public space

Lovely staff, they looked super busy with the reception staff serving breakfast whilst dealing with queries, and housekeeping seemed run off their feet also. But they were all friendly and helpful no matter how busy their day! The hotel was absolutely spotless, the housekeeping ladies clearly take pride in their work. The hotel itself is fine, but the staff would be the reason id choose to stay there again.

Our daughter forgot 3 stuffed animals tucked into her bed. The front desk called us when we were less than 5 minutes out of town after checkout, so we could turn back and quickly pick them up. THANK YOU!

Amazing staff that made us feel very welcome! They made our trip to Hanna. They were so friendly and put a lot of effort into finding out what was gluten free for my mother!
