Breakfast was really good. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Nicer than expected for a roadside motel. We didn't use the pool or exercise room but both looked really nice.

Paper plates and not very functional disposable cutlery at breakfast were off putting. Although the least expensive in the motel row along the highway, it was still pricey.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. The waterside was fantastic!

The hottub was broken, but we knew that as the website stated, it was down for maintenance.

Location, nice rooms

Hot tub was out of order and pool was freezing. We mainly booked this hotel vs another in high level for the pool facilities so we're disappointed.

very friendly staff with great breakfast. Rooms were clean. The customer service was of the highest standard! Difficult to beat! The owners of the property have the formula bang on. Most of the staff were long serving and their loyalty to Property transferred to caring for the guests. The staff we encountered (Alka, Satvender, Teresa and Chris, the manager) we’re all very caring and made us feel at home!

The room size and all that was offered in the room were very comfortable.

The breakfast needs more "real food" options like plain Greek yogurt, fruit, and freshly prepared eggs.

The motel was unable to find staff to clean the rooms on Saturday. The town of High Level is far north and staffing is a problem. I asked the breakfast staff what they were paid. $17 / hour is the likely reason motels can't get staff. On Saturday evening the flush became plugged. I had to access a plunger from the front desk to remedy the problem as no staff were available.

1. Breakfast could use some creativity. 2. Otherwise the hotel was ok. 3. Stuff members were helpful 4. The parking at the back allowed us the opportunity to safely park our bus and trailer. 5. The hotel's proximity to food places allowed the luxury to pick various places to get food.

The staff goes over and above at this property. I wish I remembered the gentleman’s name! But they are phenomenal! I hope they make a decent living doing what they do cause they earn it.

very clean and very nice inside the table and the sink outside the washrooms are the best and the indian front desk is very very helpful and polite the best one in mamy hotels we been and the morning staff are amazing aswell the food and the service are top noch!!!

they used to have bacon in the morning? its not there anymore
