As far as continental breakfasts go, it was good. There was a good selection, and we particularly liked the option of being able to obtain breakfast sandwiches that we could heat up.

It was disconcerting to be placed in a room where the air conditioner did not work; however, as soon as the staff was notified, they took action and brought us a fan and portable air conditioner. The very next day, staff ensured they not only checked our air conditioner, but upgraded us into a room with a kitchenette to compensate us for our discomfort and inconvenience. This was much appreciated!!

About as good a free breakfast as you can find anywhere. Mickey is great on afternoon/ evening shift on front desk, security staff is friendly but serious. Clean rooms, good wifi, good size tv, pretty modern rooms. Has an elevator!! Cheap rooms, best value per dollar in the city I think.

The location isnt the greatest- it's right near train tracks so you hear the horns. Idk if there is a bylaw prohibiting the horns at night but i never woke to them.

Came for the Christmas Expo as a vendor. Stayed for the weekend with my son and it was a good stay. Breakfast could have maybe had some fresher options (everything was processed or frozen) but other than that it was a fine stay and super close to the expo which was helpful as a vendor.

Breakfast wasn't the best. Only overly processed, frozen options. They did have a "hot sandwhich" option if you ordered with the front desk, but still not exactly a fresh breakfast.

When we arrived the Front Desk Customer Service was very friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The restaurant was spacious plenty of seating for everyone. Surprisingly we had an omelet that was ready made, and needed to be heated from the microwave. It was tasty. Though you do need to ask the staff for it.

It would be helpful to have a soap pump in the shower maybe a shampoo and body wash. The guests down the hall left there doors half opened, the alarms were going off. Did it several times which can be annoying.

Location was great, very clean, staff were super, very helpful, bed was good.

More upkeep and maintenance on the building its self would keep this place going for awhile yet. Needs painting, and some little things to brighten up the joint. Looks like some issues that I saw will eventually close it down. Don't let it happen if you want to stay open.

The hotel was older but very tastefully updated. Amazing staff, very cheerful and helpful.

Breakfast us served from 5am-9am. Went downstairs to get it and was told there was almost no food left other than the basics(cereal, toast) because I didn't get downstairs early enough. Was also told there is only so much food provided per day and if I wanted something good I should have been downstairs sooner. My colleague went downstairs before me twice to check out breakfast options and didn't see any hot food so he left. I went downstairs around 8:30 am and the staff met me while I was making toast, and told me that I had to ask staff for hot foods. I got 2 of the last 3 omelets they had. Business across from motel had an employee making noise until midnight.

Danielle. She is unforgettable! Most informative person I have ever met in Canada. And very kind to me. Went out of her way to make sure I had breakfast.

Staff where extremely friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for us. Beds where very comfortable. Would be happy to return.

We were put in a room with the bar entrance right below. It became very loud when the patrons of the bar went outside to smoke. So we asked to be moved. The staff was very good at accommodating our request.

Staff is very friendly. Room and amenities are excellent for the price-older hotel but well-kept. Security driving by every 15 minutes is nice. Best value for money of any motel I've stayed at in last 2 years (about 20-25) in Sk or Ab.
