Good impression as soon as walking in. Friendly staff and very clean. That extended right through to the elevators, hallways and rooms. I commented several times at how clean things were. We were there for a family wedding and seemed like same opinion from all. We had a king bed room and it was very spacious. Loved the little kitchen sink, cupboard, microwave and fridge area. Very convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast which is included was delicious with great options. Oh I shouldn't forget---The popcorn 🍿 was so good!! Keep up the good work!! ** side note---- not sure why it said it was a 2 star hotel when we looked it up. It very much exceeds that.***

Breakfast was great. Bed, especially the pillows were amazing. Check in & was quick and easy and the 3 staff we interacted with were lovely.

It's pricey considering where this particular location is, Provost AB. But with so little to choose from it was the best option so we had to pay it.

Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. Location of the room wasn't great, right across from the elevator and you could hear everything and every time someone left, keeping me awake. But nice room, quite big compared to many! And free popcorn! Would definitely recommend!

Milk for breakfast wasn't fresh. Room was a bit noisy.

Very clean, friendly staff, good continental breakfast, free popcorn, access from inside and outside on the first floor.

No pool was the only downside.

The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and also had gluten free options. The complimentary popcorn machine was a bonus!! The gym was very nice as well it had a lot of equipment

A pool would be a nice addition.

The first morning there we were woken up around 8 am by housekeeping banging on our door and woke the kids up. Toilets very low. Def could use an upgrade.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing! Incredible options fresh hot waffles, homemade tasting baked goods. Really so impressive I’ve been to some fancy resorts and this was a Layout that was way over and above what I had expected!!!! Absolutely amazing! As far as the rooms go they are impeccably clean. They are extremely comfortable with a beautiful selection of pillows… again for accitated my expectations felt like a fancy resort in the middle of a small town!

The location was perfect for what we went there for. The breakfast was very good and a good variety to choose from.

My only issue was the bed was not that comfortable. On the the other hand though I did sleep pretty good.

Full hot breakfast. It was very good and so many options to choose from. Very clean building and rooms. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
