This hotel was absolutely amazing. Upon walking in, what was most notable was the coolness of the air-conditioned lobby and hallways. The temperature outside was close to 100 degrees. While walking to our room, we encountered two cleaning ladies working hard at mopping and wall washing. This hotel was spotless anyway. When we entered our room,we were met with a lovely clean living area. Carpets were spotless, the beds were made, and had plenty of pillows to stay comfy. The room we were staying in had a small sink, keurig machine and microwave. All these items were clean,and the sink was spotless. The hotel also provided extra wipes, in case you had any dirt or oil that needed cleaned. There was an abundant amount of clean towels also. The bathtub/ shower area was immaculate, and there was high quality Dove brand shampoo/ soaps provided. This hotel provided good television channels as far as variety went. Porcelain mugs were present in the room, and they had little personal notes placed and place cards to make you feel like you were at home. The pool and water slide area were very clean, and everything worked well. In my opinion, this hotel strives to provide that "Make you feel at home" feeling. They work hard to go the extra mile and reach just that little bit higher to cater to guests. I loved this hotel. I wish what the staff are doing here was used as an example for what all hotels should be!!!

Our king room was spacious. The bathroom was also reasonably spacious with enough counter space for our toiletries. We also appreciated the kitchenette that was part of the room.

There was a group of guests staying in a room (or rooms) across the hall for the first two nights of our stay who were very noisy until as late as 2:00 am. The breakfast (in a bag) provided by the hotel could have been better.

Pool was a hit for the kids. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Room spacious and well laid out.

Facility is starting to look its age. Shower was quite worn out and taps didn't work well. It was often difficult to get a comfortable temperature.

It is convenient and normally very quiet. This trip we were on the 2nd floor near the poll. We heard kids jumping up and down upstairs to nearly 11 and again from the pool at 8 am

The alarm clock. The alarm was set at 600 am unknown to us. Woke from a deep sleep. The clock is not intuitive and there was only a snooze button. Fortunately was able to unplug it

Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice and clean, we enjoyed the towel animals on our bed

It could be made more clear when booming if you are on the hotel or motel side. There is a significant difference in quality of room. We stayed on the hotel side which was lovely

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was basic but good. Room was clean and large. We booked the 2 bedroom Suite and it was very spacious. We were even able to check in early so had time to relax in the room before our event.

Pull out couch was very lumpy and springy. Pool was cold

Great location in town, kind staff and lots of space in the hotel. The pool was also great. The restaurant on site was excellent as well!

Our room had a couple overlooked things that could have been cleaned better prior to our arrival, but otherwise it was great.

Sofa bed needs new mattress, air vent/air conditioning in one room wouldn't turn off and blew in face while sleeping. Living room needs more lighting. Very minor issues that staff did their best to remedy in the moment and did not impact our stay.

Loved the waterslide and pool, and that our room was a good size.

The hideabed springs were awful and the bed was very uncomfortable. No vegan options for breakfast. EV charging stations would be nice but it was great that Stettler has free EV parking.

The tub and shower were great, although I couldn't figure out how to get the jets going, if there were any. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The pillows were too fluffy - a small complaint!
