Breakfast was okay. Due to dietary issues I only took advantage of the coffee that came with the continental breakfast. The staff were very helpful. The restaurant food was very good.

The eastern property access was full of very deep and large potholes with the potential for serious vehicle damage. There was no hair dryer in the room.

Very welcoming , front desk was very helpful and caring , the food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing and the lounge was a great stress release to unwind and play some pool, vlts and have a few drinks

The only thing I didn’t like was the view out the window really

The building is huge and old. We arrived late and needed a room for a short stay over so the price was right! Because of the stay and knowing the building we didn’t expect much. So we were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness. Conveniently located, with on-site lounge, pool tables, restaurant. Rooms are clean and comfortable staff very pleasant, restaurant has extensive menu

Its an old building and nothing to say about the decor. But, rooms clean and well supplied.

Breakfast was ok for grab and run. Beds and tub in rm 107 were the highlights of the room.

Two nights together. Driveway in and out need work. Should of asked for heater sooner. But once took chill out room was comfortable.

The staff was really good. There was some confusion around my reservation and the member at the front counter was very understanding of my situation and helped me resolve issue not only quickly and efficiently but with a favorable outcome.

They didn't have a website for booking the room. I'm not really a fan of talking on the phone or using the Booking platform; in this case I had to use the booking service and there were difficulties as I had expected.

nice common areas to sit and relax after a long days driving in winter conditions, staff was very pleasant and considerate helpful and kind surroundings pleasant and clean

prefer outside entrance for room entry and unpacking of luggage but this was a very nice second!! would stay here again and recommend to others without hesitation

The front staff was so friendly and accommodating. They allowed me to have late checkout to accommodate my daughter’s dance schedule.

Winston! Last minute trip and all hotels in Edmonton were booked. So we stumbled upon this little gem and I tell ya, all 4 of us would go back for sure! We’re just sorry we couldn’t stay longer!

Breakfast had lots of grab and go items, which was exactly what we needed. Staff was exceptional, efficient, friendly, and helpful.

Friendly staff including Snickers the dog :). Good food in the restaurant. Homey feel. Lots of plants…we love plants, quiet. Was the old Homesteader Inn that has had a much needed makeover.

Nothing. Slight hum from the heaters but did not bother our sleep.
