Absolutely loved our stay here! The king bed and bedding were so comfortable, the room was clean. Loved the set up we had with a pull out couch on the other side of sliding doors and a separate tv for the couch - this worked out perfectly with kids. They have a little snack store with a great selection & continental breakfast. Very clean pool - hours are 9 am - 10 pm (sign inside pool says 10 am so we missed going one morning as we had to be gone by 10 and thought that’s when it opened). The staff was all very friendly. Will stay here again every time we visit!

No clean towels in the pool area (there was a hockey team there so likely they went in there prior) but not the end of the world. Continental breakfast was a little disorganized on day 2 of our stay, no available dishes or clean tables. (It was perfect on day one!)

Fantastic service. Receptionist was lovely. Our room was clean quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Thanks for everything. We stayed here as we plan to travel thru several times a year since family is moving to Fort Vermillion and this was on our way. We will definitely come back.

The king size mattress had a few rough spots but it wasn't too bad. It would have been nice is at least one of the 4 king size pillows was a thin pillow and not so fluffy. Thin pillows are better for sleep posture. I think next time I will ask for one.

The room had a separate bedroom and was very spacious.

The hotel never answers the phones.I left a message and never received a call back.It took me two days and at least 5 calls to reach someone.I was also charged for my night as well as a hold charge of $50. and two days later I have not received a refund on the holding charge.I still can’t get through to anyone and have left another message.

Large, homely and clean

One particular woman on breakfast duty was particularly concerned about cleaning and getting out of there rather than making sure there were enough plates etc for everyone.

Suits are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast we had during our 3 week trip. Exceptional value for money.

Not the most modern suites but perfectly functional.

Clean, and in an easy to find location. The front desk staff was friendly.

The king suite was small and more like a regular room but with pocket doors between bed and couch area and the couch area was tiny.

Great stay. Facilities team member helped me with a car issue, which was so incredibly kind! The first suite I saw, had some weird staining on the bed, but I was able to be relocated immediately and the new suite was fantastic! The whole kitchen set up and a full sized tub were an amazing feature!

The initial suite had blood and a weird stain on the back of the bed.

Clean, friendly quiet easy to get to

The breakfast wasn't really appealing. Kids had cereal. I had 2 toast which took forever to toast even after running up the dial

Breakfast was anbove average. Waffles were good, eggs not as good. Good options.

Lighting in room was poor. Value was good. Pillows were terrible and affect quality of sleep. All pillows were too big and not good for back or stomach sleepers.

The hotel is very clean!! The pillows were great, I'd asked for extra at the time of booking and they were already on the bed. Great staff!!

The beds are hard.
